- How quickly do your ship your orders?
Ambind ships within one business day after an order is received in most instances.
NOTE: Our shopping cart calculates shipping for the continental United States. If you are in Alaska or Hawaii, $25.00 will be added to reflect actual costs for your location..
- What is your Return policy
At Ambind.com we will gladly accept returns within 15 days of your original purchase. You will be refunded the amount of your original purchase minus a 20% restocking fee. Refunds on products returned that originally qualified for free shipping will be reduced by the outgoing shipping costs incurred by Ambind.com. If you wish to return equipment within the first 15 days it must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Supplies submitted for return must be unopened and unused. If you wish to return an item please contact us for a Return Authorization and return it to us at your expense. Any products received without a return authorization will not be accepted. Returns will not be accepted on items more than 15 days after purchase.
Some items carried by Ambind.com are considered custom and are not accepted for return. Such items include hard cover cases, custom sized combs (anything other than 19 ring), customized thermal binding covers, pre-punched paper or covers, color coil in sizes larger than 16mm, 3:1 pitch coil, 5:1 pitch coil or coil in lengths other than 12" or 36" and any imprinted materials. Other non returnable products include all service parts (including blades, dies and cut sticks), pouches with slots, 8.5" x 5.5" products and other non standard sized covers. These items are made or cut specifically for your order and thus can not be returned.
After the 15 day return period, machines that are defective or broken are covered by the manufacturer under the terms of their warranty. - What are your methods of payment?
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Check (orders ship after checks clear), Money order
- International Shipping?
If you need an order shipped overseas we are willing to work with you. We will gladly ship to APO’s via USPS, Canada, Australia, and UK via UPS. For most orders to these destinations we are able to accept our standard methods of payment (credit cards, paypal, check or Money Order). Please contact by email or by phone for a shipping quote and to place your order
For orders shipping to other countries throughout the world we prefer either a Money Transfer in advance of the order or a money order drawn on a US bank. If you want to use an internationally issued credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Amex) we require clear copies of the following information for credit card orders: 1. Credit Card front and back 2. Government issued identification 3. Credit card statement reflecting a billing address that matches the shipping address. - Do you provide repairs?
We are an authorized repair facility for everything we sell. If your machine needs repair you can send it to us we will fix it and send it back via UPS. If you would rather have it fixed at your location it is very probable that we would have an authorized service person in your area. Being a BindRite dealer we have access to service people all across the United States.
